Why do we love animals so much? They really do have a wonderful effect on us. This week we were spoiled with a visit from a lovable lamb named Martha, she was fabulous.

We love our animal visits, and have had many wonderful creatures pop in for a cuddle, some that we never imagined we’d ever hold in our arms, you may remember the recent wallaby visit.

Martha was a joy. We all wanted a cuddle and she was very happy to oblige. We have all seen the lambs running freely in a field, skipping among the daffodils, confirming spring’s arrival, but we have never been able to get this close before.

Martha made our day, getting to know her and her lovable personality, welcoming her into our home, into our hearts, and onto our laps was such a pleasure.
